Guidelines
These guidelines set out the principles guiding the development of the physical form of the Parklands Main Road Activity Spine. The guidelines aim to achieve the urban form appropriate for the establishment of a working and active Activity Spine and so continue on the establishment of the existing Parklands Main Road.
Guidelines are also provided to assist the developers of General Residential erven (townhouses and apartments) not situated on Parklands Main Road as well as existing and future Single Residential homeowners. The guidelines provide a more efficient tool in administering the design controls for the Standard, Village, Cottage and Terrace Single Residential erven.
