Plans - There are numerous plans available to choose from. These are available for viewing at our Sales Office. Some of these plans are displayed under Homes by…. see under More Information on this page. Please note that any prices displayed are the Contractor’s price for the construction only. These prices do not include the cost of the plot and fees associated with bond registration or transfer.

Contractors – You’re spoilt for choice here. There are several Contractors operating in Parklands who participate in Plot and Plan development. It is important that you carefully study each package on offer by the Contractor so that you can determine which costs have been included.
